Meet the ADMP UK Team

ADMP Executive Council

The Executive Council is required to manage the business of the Association in accordance with its Articles of Association and the law generally. Council members are also members of ADMP UK. They work for the organisation on a voluntary basis and oversee the running of the organisation.

Linsey Clark (Chair & UKCP Liaison)
Linsey qualified as a Person-centred Dance Movement Psychotherapist over twenty years ago. She has over time developed her practice to integrate alternative creative methodologies. More recently Linsey has cultivated a creative and embodied IFS model which she brings to all her roles including Chair of ADMP.

Linsey has had the privilege of working in the charitable sector with adult mental health, addiction and learning disabilities, children and adults with ASD. In CAMHS, mainstream and SEN schools, hospice care, early years and private practice.

Alongside her clinical practice Linsey is an experienced creative clinical supervisor and educator, having convened, taught and supervised on a DMP Masters for ten years (Dance Voice /Canterbury Christchurch University). As the Co-Director of Relight, Linsey convenes and facilitates their Creative Clinical Supervision Training accredited by ADMPUK and recognised by UKCP.

Linsey brings her passion and dedication to DMP into her role as Chair. Having worked alongside many DMP’s at different stages of their career Linsey holds a broad perspective on what members need professionally and emotionally. Equally Linsey integrates her curious, creative and compassionate approach to holding group dynamics and process into her approach to holding the structure of ADMP.
Pierre Bonnici (Treasurer)
With over 12 years of experience across psychotherapy, youth work, and financial regulation, Pierre brings a practical mix of clinical and organizational skills to his role as ADMP UK Treasurer. Throughout his career, he has focused on improving systems through collaboration, specifically through the development of digital tools and feedback processes that streamline communication within multidisciplinary teams.

Pierre’s background in financial services provides a solid foundation in governance and risk management. As Treasurer, he focuses on managing revenue while improving financial transparency and operational continuity. Committed to the future of the profession, Pierre balances reflective practice with steady financial oversight. His goal is to improve ADMP UK’s efficiency and viability, helping the Council expand its services and maintain a clear, professional presence within the wider mental health sector.
Angela Leung (EADMT Delegate & Vice-Treasurer)
Angela Leung (PhD, MPhil, MSocSci) has over 15 years of experience as a practicing Dance Movement Therapist. She works as a freelance researcher, clinical supervisor, counsellor, and Dance Movement Therapist. She earned her MPhil at the University of Hong Kong, where she applied a movement-based approach to explore women’s experiences with breast cancer. In 2021, Angela completed her PhD at the University of Hertfordshire, focusing on the impact of a Dance Movement Therapy-based emotional self-regulation program on students with special educational needs. Recently, she contributed to a study at Anglia Ruskin University (UK), developing a culturally sensitive dance therapy program to support the wellbeing of Chinese cancer patients and their carers in London.

Angela is a Clinical Supervisor and Professional Dance Movement Therapist (Dance Therapy Association of Australasia, DTAA), a Registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist (Association of Dance Movement Psychotherapy UK, ADMP UK), and the founder of the Hong Kong Dance Movement Therapy Association (HKDMTA).
Louise Riley (Workshops Lead)
Louise is a Dance Movement Psychotherapist, Creative Clinical Supervisor and Workshops Lead for ADMP UK. Her clinical work is grounded in an integrative framework, combining Internal Family Systems (IFS) with DMP.

Originally trained as a professional dancer at Elmhurst Ballet School and Laine Theatre Arts, Louise spent 15 years working in theatre and production before retraining in Dance Movement Psychotherapy. She has since worked in Private Practice with individuals and groups across Devon where she lives.

With a strong background in teaching and leadership, including her role as director at Devon Dance and Drama school, Louise has extensive experience in developing workshops, leading classes and building creative communities. In her role with ADMP UK, she coordinates workshops, keeps track of UKCP training opportunities, supports conference planning, organises regular member coffee mornings, and helps maintain connection and engagement within the membership. She also ensures key resources and programmes remain organised and up to date.

Louise is passionate about creating supportive, engaging spaces that foster learning, connection and professional growth.
Alison Elliot (HCPC Liaison & Committee Liaison)

Staff Team

Rebecca Clacher (Company Secretary)
Rebecca has worked in operations and governance in different sectors, including Higher Education, Further Education, social enterprise, and commercial organisations. She is currently nearing the end of her studies for a Master of Laws in Corporate Governance at the University of Law.

As Company Secretary for ADMP UK, Rebecca supports Council and Committees with governance and legal matters.
Jennifer Dellar (Operations Lead)
Having trained and worked as a professional dancer, Jennifer later channelled her creativity into marketing and communications, gaining several years of experience across both large corporations and non-profit organisations.

As Operations Lead for ADMP UK, Jennifer manages the website, social media and email communications, whilst also coordinating and promoting events, streamlining processes and supporting the day-to-day running of the association.
Wendy Harding (Membership Administrator)
As Membership Administrator, Wendy oversees membership enquiries, applications and renewals, as well as responding to queries from the wider public.

ADMP-UKCP Accreditation Committee (AC)

The AC is formed of voluntary members of ADMP UK and representation from other Arts Therapies. They review applications for UKCP membership (and membership re-accreditation), and liaise with UKCP.

Education and Training Committee (ETC)

The ETC is formed of voluntary members of ADMP UK as well as representatives from each university course. The ETC is responsible for the accreditation and Training Proficiency Reviews of training programmes for MA courses as well as supervision courses.

Ethics Committee (EC)

The EC is formed of voluntary members of ADMP UK. They monitor, update, and oversee the ethical policies and procedures of the organisation, and oversee complaints and concerns arising about ADMP’s members.
