Clinical Supervision Training

Entry to the ADMP UK Register of Clinical Supervisors is through the successful completion of an ADMP UK accredited supervision course.

This provides the opportunity for Dance Movement Psychotherapists to explore their practise in more depth, consider a range of creative therapeutic theories and their application in supporting supervisees, and develop their style as a clinical supervisor.

London Centre for Psychodrama
Diploma in Creative Approaches to Supervision

Length of Training: One Year

Aims and Objectives:

This one year (130 hr) diploma level course is for psychotherapists, counsellors, arts and play therapists, coaches and others engaged in the supervision of practitioners from similar fields.

The ADMP accredited and UKCP recognised Creative Supervision Diploma with the London Centre for Psychodrama is now open for bookings. Please note that on successful completion of this supervision training, all ADMP registered private practitioners will be added to the list of ADMP registered Supervisors.

University of Roehampton
DMP Clinical Supervision Training

Length of Training: One Year

Course Leaders: TBC

Aims and Objectives: The training is delivered by an experienced team of practitioner/supervisor/researchers and combines an integrative approach to supervision including: Systemic, relational creative process and feminist embodied perspectives. This is a one year supervision course for Registered DMP Practitioners with a minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience. Completion of the course will satisfy the training requirements for entry onto the ADMP supervisors register.

ReLight Creatively
Creative Clinical Supervision Training

Length of Training: One weekend a month over an academic year

Course Leaders: Linsey Clark RDMP & Rosie Strain DT

Aims & Objectives:

This training invites you to develop your capacity and skill to become a Creative Clinical Supervisor. Through the exploration of your own reflective and embodied practice, synthesised with relevant Supervision and Creative Arts Therapies theory, you will be facilitated in an artistic and compassionate environment.

Led by a Dance Movement Psychotherapist and a Dramatherapist as well as visiting facilitators, this training integrates theory drawn from both modalities. The course will take place over 9 weekends in a tranquil and urban therapeutic community, providing beautiful and calm surroundings in which to walk, be still, reflect and create together.
